2. Bat Costume
Don’t have much time and resources to get your Halloween costume together? Worry not. The bat costume is not only unique but also among the easy costumes to make for Halloween. All you need is a broken umbrella, feathers, and a black hoodie.
To create this costume, cut the broken umbrella into two and attach each half to the arms of your hoodie using hot glue or black safety pins. Once in place, use black electrical tape to fasten the hinges of the umbrella so it can fold properly. Lastly, attach the feathers and foam core on the hoodie’s hat to create bat ears.

Use felt to cut shapes of tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. Then, use hot glue to attach the cheese and tomato to the lettuce. Place inside the beige top and hot glue to create your collar. Put on the top, silver skirt, and silver shoes and you are good to go with your burrito Halloween costume.
5. Copycat Halloween Costume
The copycat costume is super easy and great for a minimalist. It is also a great Halloween idea for your child or significant other. All you need for this attire is a white t-shirt, adhesive alphabet stickers or cardboard letters, hot glue, cat ears, and tail. On your white t-shirt, attach the black alphabet stickers that read “copy” using the hot glue.
Alternatively, you can use a black t-shirt and use hot glue to attach white alphabet stickers. If you can’t find alphabet stickers, you can sue cardboard letters. Complete the look with a tail and ears.
6. Queen of Hearts Halloween Costume
Lovers of playing cards, this is for you! This costume requires a red dress, red lipstick, and cards for the collar. To make the paper collar, staple cards on a large piece of paper. Layer the cards to give a fan-out effect.

A birthday cake costume would be exceptional for your little one, but you can also rock it. To create this costume, you will need a poster board, cylinder craft box, one embroidery hoop, birthday candles, and felt in the colors of your choice.
Use glue to attach the poster board to the embroidery hoop. Then, cut leaf shapes out of the felt and hot glue the pieces until they cover the cake base, creating an overlapping effect.
The next step is to create straps for the cake base. To do this, glue two ribbons on the embroidery hoop. To make the party hat, place the craft box in an upside position and attach felt pieces to it. Glue two ribbons inside the hat to make hat straps. Lastly, glue the candles on top of the box but don’t light them.
9. Butterfly Costume
You and your significant other can wear a butterfly costume to show your fun and adventurous side. To make the costume, you will need one pair of butterfly wings, fake butterflies, a black outfit, a tan outfit, a hat, net, hot glue, and bobby pins.
For your butterfly outfit, glue the butterfly wings to your all-black outfit. Attach different sizes of butterflies to bobby pins using a hot glue gun and scatter throughout your hair. Use hot-glue to attach the fake butterflies to the bobby pins and then attach to the man’s tan outfit and hat. Your partner will then hold the catcher, trying to catch the butterflies on your head.
10. Minnie Mouse Costume
You and your little one can show off your love for Disney by dressing up in matching Minnie mouse costumes. Your child will certainly love dressing up for her favorite character. This costume can be DIYed with simple materials like a red tutu, black felt, blacktop, ears, tucky glue.
Use the felt to cut out circles that you will use as polka dots for your red tutu. Once you have enough, use the tucky glue to place them on your tutu. To complete the look, do not forget to buy mouse ears from the store. You can also put on a pair of tights and yellow pumps to give you that Minnie mouse look.
11. Burger Costume
If you were not impressed by the burrito costume, maybe you will love the burger Halloween costume. This costume is so easy, and you just need to transform your tan dress into a burger. You will also need white seeds, Velcro, a hot glue gun, scissors, and felt in red, green, and yellow colors.
Cut four strips of green (lettuce), three half circles of red (tomato), and four triangles of yellow (cheese) from felt. On your belt. Hot glue the four pieces of cheese (yellow triangles) and space them evenly. Then add the green strips (lettuce) starting at the center, arranging them to give a ruffed look. Next, add the tomatoes and glue them on top of the lettuce.
Glue the white seed on the upper part of your tan dress or t-shirt. You can lay it however you want.
The last step is to cut two pieces of the Velcro to be the same width as your elastic belt. Hot glue one piece to the front of one edge and the other to the back of the rim.
